A lot of people believe that acne only forms in the face and neck. However, contrary to this belief, acne can also form in other parts of the body, such as the chest, ears, and even the back. Back acne is not that visible unless you specifically look for it in the mirror which is why most people don’t realize that they already have back acne.
The back acne can be quite irritating as it can be painful when pressure is applied to it. therefore, it can be hard for you to sit down and even lie down flat on your back on your bed. this is why it is important for you to understand back acne in order for you to find a cure for it.
First of all, you need to be able to identify what kind of cure is suitable for your skin. you need to remember that different people will have different skin type. Even if a treatment works for your friend who suffered from back acne, it does not mean that the same treatment will work for you.
Also, you need to understand why back acne occurs.
Basically, the skin has sebaceous glands beneath it. These glands will normally secrete oil to keep the skin outside moisturized or lubricated. it is a common protection from environmental pollution and drying. However, when the pores get clogged, the oil becomes toxic and will become the perfect breeding ground for bacteria, which in turn results to acne.
When we sweat excessively, trapped sweat will cause the pores to get clogged. Because of this, it will result in acne as mentioned early on. So, in order to properly treat back acne, you should make sure that your sweating should be under control. you might want to get rid of the sweat that accumulated in order to get rid of the acne. And, the best way to do this is by bathing frequently.
