Is This Pih? [Pictures Inside]

This is copied from a thread I made in another section, I figured I'd post it here just to get more opinions on the matter.hello, I have been struggling to figure out what's exactly happening with my skin and I've decided to come to these boards to get some outside opinions. as far as history goes, I first started getting (very mild) acne two years ago, which progressively got worse and resulted in me having severe acne last winter. I saw a dermatologist last January and started on retinoid creams, which I used for 7 months straight. something that has been worrying me is that I didn't use the retinoids properly at all, I think I used too much every night, I never moisturized or wore sunscreen, and I also used Benzoyl Peroxide during the daytime for a little while which definitely irritated my face as it stung every time I applied it. the creams evidently brought a lot of acne to the surface but they really didn't clear me up.I ended the 7 month run of the creams in August when I saw how irritated my face looked, and I tried for a few months to find natural ways of helping my skin but nothing worked. I decided to go on Accutane in December, and when I saw the dermatologist he said that my face was "inflamed" (I'm not sure if he meant my acne is inflamed or if my face in general is inflamed) but that the Accutane could help with that. I've been on Accutane for 7 weeks now and haven't seen much change, although I have had some spots surfacing in many areas.What's worrying me is that my face still looks so red when I examine it. I honestly can't figure out figure out for the life of me if this redness is all acne, or if I've got some other problem going on here, whether it be PIH or sun damage.I've posted two sets of photos below, they were both taken in natural light (by my window) but one was taken with flash (the second pair). For some reason the flash really heavily illuminates my redness. please, take a look and tell me what you think. (excuse the bad cropping in the background, I didn't want the background to distract from my face).Thanks in advance for any opinions and thoughts.
