Combating the effects of ageing
The skin care industry has been enjoying exceptional growth as more and more people are becoming conscious of the effects of ageing.
“The skin care industry experiences growth of about 20% every year. It is a growing industry here,” said Elken Malaysia assistant vice-president Samuel Chan.
Chan noted that in Malaysia, women are not the only ones driving the industry’s growth, as men are also becoming serious users of skin-care products.
