honestly.. that doesn't even look that bad at all. no real scarring, just inflamed pimples/red marks.. just hyperpigmentation. you're luckier than a lot of people on here. looking at your back, i can't exactly gauge how long it will take for your marks to heal. i had something like those on my face and it took about a year for them to completely fade.. they mostly healed on their own but i also took apple cider vinegar orally and topically. i did the medlite laser twice and it helps with red marks. if it doesn't hurt too much, you should …
