And has any women out there had great success curing their acne with spironolactone? It’s supposed to help with hormonal acne. I would be happy to hear that this is an effective treatment besides accutane.thank you people for answering my question. I have tried Proactive, retinoids, clearpores, antibiotics, natural remedies, and countless over the counter products but to no avail.
